Swatch Exchange: Supplemental Warps - Swatch Exchange Coordinator Rosanne Lovecchio wraps up this year’s exchange. Participants show their swatches and describe their experiences, so even those members who did not sign up for the exchange can learn more about supplemental warps.

Stash Redistribution Sale (aka Garage Sale or Junk in the Trunk) - Members bring fiber-related books, magazines, yarn, kits, and equipment that they think their fellow members might like to buy. Members who have larger items to sell (e.g., floor looms) can post for-sale signs. If you are going to be shopping as well as selling (and who isn’t?) make sure that all your items for sale are clearly and securely tagged with your name and the price so your guildmates who are squirreling away their intended purchases in a corner of the room know whom they need to pay when they’re done shopping. Bring cash and/or your checkbook; bring a shopping bag (or several) so you can put away your purchases after you’ve paid for them so they don’t accidentally get sold a second time. 10% of sales is donated to the guild in this time-honored fundraising tradition.
